This recipe is a brilliant idea! I love cornbread with my chili. I like that you can use any style of chili and any cornbread mix you have on hand. My family will be wowed when I make these on a cool football Sunday. I think I'll try the blogger's chili recipe. It's fun to try different kinds of chili there are so many different recipes.

Meal prepping has become so popular lately as more people are trying to prepare and cook (especially their lunches) rather than relying on purchasing premade foods. This recipe is perfect for someone living alone or feel free to multiply it and feed the whole family. I especially love how you cook the meal in the mason jar and have less dishes to wash! Plus, chili is a great dish to personalize!
