I think I need to know how big a ramekin this would go in? I have custard cups which are the small ones, and I have ramekins which are about 5-6 inches in diameter---one seems too small and the other too big. Any ideas?

Hello MRgasport, It appears that you can use various sizes. But I'd suggest a ramekin that is between 5 to 8 ounces. Thanks for the feedback!
