Even if you are a beginner cook and have no experience making homemade candy, this is the perfect festive recipe! Not only will it impress your holiday guests, it will make your wallet happy too as it calls for only three easy to find ingredients! No special skills or candy thermometer required. My son had fun crushing up the candy canes for me!

I love peppermint bark! This recipe includes a chocolate layer, as well as a white chocolate layer. I make it with just white chocolate. I use Ghirardelli's White Melting Wafers. You can find them in the chocolate chip aisle. I like to crush my candy canes up very fine. So, so good!

no-bake candy and cookie recipes are fun. I just ran out of my peppermint mocha coffee creamer, so this caught my eye. This looks like an easy but beautiful candy to make for next week's family gatherings. I'll pick up a couple of cute Christmas tins or platters at the dollar store, and have a beautiful candy to hand out.
