I have not had peanut brittle in years and I didn't know if my teeth could handle it, so I made some last night. My teeth held up fine. I did not know that my son had never tried peanut brittle before. He loved it. It is so addicting. The recipe was so easy to make. I think I may have overcooked it. Next time I will adjust the times in the microwave.
