Cherry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

"It just wouldn’t be the holidays in my kitchen without at least one batch of Cherry White Chocolate Chip Cookies. Without a doubt, these are the Christmas cookies that my family looks forward to all year long! These Christmas cookies are the baseline upon which Keith evaluates every other cookie that he tastes (he hasn’t found a better one yet). He even requests them for his birthday dessert in September instead of cake! The cookies are crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and loaded with exactly the right ratio of chips-to-batter. And while we like them best with dried cherries (or cherry-infused dried cranberries), they are also incredibly delicious with plain ol’ dried cranberries.
