These look absolutely delicious. I love chocolate chip cookies and these are a complete chocolate overload. I'm intrigued by the use of mayonnaise instead of additional eggs and oil. I hadn't thought of that before and it sounds definitely worth a try. I think I'd also add some chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts or almonds) to the mix since I think chocolate and nuts go together really well.
