Easy Ginger Snaps

"This recipe is for the moms or domestic divas out there that just don’t have the time to make “real” gingerbread cookies but want to have something with that homemade ginger flavor on their dessert table Christmas Eve. It’s also great because you use bagged cookie mix and if you don't have molasses, that’s OK! Brown sugar works out as a great substitute here. Whip up a batch for the kids to decorate or leave for Santa."
