Old Fashioned Snickerdoodle Cookies

"Snickerdoodles are the perfect blend of sugary sweetness with a little cinnamon flair. They are a great cookie for the holidays, but we enjoy them year round. If you are making 2 inch balls of dough this should make about 18 cookies. 32 cookies per batch is possible with smaller dough balls (1 inch in size). This recipe is easy to double if you need more cookies, so keep that in mind. Be sure not to over bake them or they lose that outer edge chewy-ness and go full on crispy."
