Peanut Butter Bars

"These bars brought my husband back to his elementary school days, when the lunch ladies would whip up a big batch of peanut butter bars and hand them out in slabs to the students. That definitely helped me feel good! If my bars brought him back to childhood lunchtime nostalgia, then I did my job Oh and these bars are freakin’ delicious. They have a thick peanut butter base and smothered with a chocolate ganache. Basically it’s like creating your own Reeses at home."
