As a child, anything with lemon in the title just did not appeal to me. I was an odd one. Children usually love sour. However, as I am matured, I have acquired the taste for lemon and this recipe sounds absolutely amazing. Yummy.

All things made fresh always seem to be better. The idea of getting 3/4 cups of lemon juice is daunting but probably well worth it. Lemons are just now appearing in the local market and they happen to be one of my husbands favorite flavors. This may be our next Sunday desert.

I remember eating these as a kid. My mom would make them once every couple of months, and we could never get enough. The fresh, crisp flavor is a refreshing change of pace to rich, chocolate desserts. It's a great recipe for spring. I think my teens would appreciate this recipe now that they are older. Thanks for sharing!

These lemon bars are simple and lovely. They look pristine, use simple ingredients, and don't require much time or effort. Note that they need to be cooled for one hour and then refrigerated for two hours prior to being served!I wouldn't recommend adding anything to this recipe it is perfect as is!
