These peppermint crunch cookies look yummy. I would definitely like to make them. I love a minty flavor with chocolate and if there some coffee thrown in, I think you have a match made in heaven. I also like the fact that they are chewy. I think that makes cookies last longer, don't you? I'm sure these will be delicious dunked in some hot coffee.
