Oh how I love these Amish Country's Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies. My husband's Grandma use to make these all the time, she had them in a big glass jar when ever we visited. You can't eat just one! Grandma Yoder didn't have the recipe written down so we never got it. I'm so happy to see it here. I will be making these and hope they taste like Grandmas', if they do, I'll be the hit of the family.. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.
