I literally just whipped up a batch of these Handmade Oatmeal Cookies, and I only have one thing to say...throw away all your Oatmeal Cookie recipes, this is the only one you will ever need or want to bake from now on. It is the easiest Oatmeal cookie recipe I have ever made, and the cookies are chewy, and buttery, and sweet, and everything you want from an Oatmeal Cookie.
