Meringue Christmas Cookies

I cannot get enough of these delicious Meringue Christmas Cookies. They are so fun to make and to eat! One of the best parts about these cookies is their versatility. If you're not yet in that holiday mood (though, some of us never leave it), you can leave the food coloring out and make a more traditional meringue! You could also try out different colors for different events. Use your daughter's favorite color and make these into a royal treat for her princess themed birthday party.
