I am hoping that this tutorial can help me with my quest of grilling the perfect steak this summer! Beef can be so expensive, so I tend to fell really bad if I overcook my steak. I have mastered the art of seasoning the steak, but will be using the temperature guide to achieve the perfect "doneness." Fingers crossed that I can now impress my fiance with my grilling skills and become a bbq master.
