I am really looking forward to peeling eggs this way! I have never seen anyone shake eggs in a jar to peel them, but it really seems to work. I like that you can do a large quantity in a small amount of time. I also thought it was really neat that you should use older eggs for hard boiled eggs. I always thought the opposite was true. This video was very educational. It will come in handy when I go to make my next big batch of egg salad.
