Slow cooker lasagna is a wonderful meal. You get it going in your slow cooker early in the day, and it's ready to serve with garlic bread and salads later that day. A wonderful way to cook lasagna. I wish I had found a recipe like this years ago. I always thought lasagna was hard to make.
