Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cans pinto, kidney, or lima beans, drained
Instructions
- Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker with barbecue sauce and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low setting until beef is cooked, about 6 hours. Add drained beans and cook on high setting for 20 minutes.

I like slow cooker recipes so I don't have to keep my stove on all day. We like chipotle so I will probably throw one or two chopped chipotles in.

This recipe sounds delish for game day and it is also nutritious with the bean power added. I like that you can use with sides you choose! Sooo easy!
