Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cans (about 31 ounces) vegetarian baked beans
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) kidney beans
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) butter beans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, saute onions until cooked through. Add to slow cooker, along with baked beans, kidney beans, ketchup, butter beans, brown sugar, white vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours, or until heated through.
