Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breast halves, cut in strips
- 1 can (15-ounces) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon gound cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can (14-ounces) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can (6-ounces) tomato paste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired.
