Homemade Salisbury Steak

"When I was little my Grandma made the best Salisbury Steak. I knew when my kids were growing up I wanted to make a recipe that reminded me of her meal. But making Salisbury steak back then seemed so time-consuming. Until I figured out I could do it in my slow cooker and come back later when it was all done.
