Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, minced
- 1/4 cup onions, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Saute onions and jalapenos in 1 TB olive oil until translucent.
- Melt butter in pan and add flour. Stir to make a paste..do not burn only lightly brown. Remove from heat.
- Add milk and stir constantly until smooth. Add onions and jalapenos along with cheese and salt and pepper.
- Stir over low-med heat until cheese is melted.
