Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 4 pork steaks, cut into strips
  • 15 ounces can hominy, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Sliced radishes
  • Chopped cilantro

Instructions

Combine chicken, pork, hominy, onions, chiles, salt, pepper, and chili powder in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low about 4 hours. Spoon into a serving bowl; sprinkle with sliced radishes and chopped cilantro.
