Slow Cooker Buffalo Potato Wings
"Mix up an easy, healthy and low calorie appetizer right in your slow cooker. First cook Idaho® Fingerling Potatoes in your slow cooker. Then toss with a spicy Greek yogurt Buffalo sauce. Serve along with a low calorie high protein Blue Cheese Dip. a serving of Idaho Potatoes has only 110 calories. Compare this to about 616 calories for a small serving of chicken wings. Second, they are fat-free, in contrast to 49 grams of fat."

This is an interesting recipe, but I wouldn't call it potato "wings". I will definitely make this, but I won't give up buffalo chicken wings. Those are one of my favorite appetizers. This will be a good side dish.
