Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 1/2 teaspoons molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Place chicken in slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, pineapple juice, low sodium soy sauce, honey, molasses, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over chicken in slow cooker, cover with lid and cook on low heat for 5 hours.

Remove chicken from slow cooker, shred and set aside.

Place the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker and stir into the sauce allowing the chicken to absorb the sauce.

Serve warm on hamburger buns.

Oh, I think I will like this Hawaiian chicken because it's sweet and tender. I like sweet food that's why this chicken burger appeals to me a lot and besides, it's healthy.
