Slow Cooker Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 large potatoes, peeled and sliced or cubed
- 1 pound large sausage links, or 2 packages smoky-links, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 1/2 cups Colby or mild cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In slow cooker, layer potatoes, sausage and cheese. Salt and pepper as desired.
- Repeat for 2 more layers. Combine soup and milk and pour all over top.
- Cook 6 - 8 hours on low or until tender.
