    Ingredients

    • 1 gallon whole milk from store
    • 1/2 cup vinegar (white)

    Instructions

    Bring milk to 195 degrees stirring often to prevent burning. Add 1/2 cup white vinegar and remove from heat. Let sit for 15 minutes. Drain solids off into a cheese cloth and permit to drain for half an hour.
