What a great summer salad! I was looking for a dish to bring to a Father's Day picnic, and this will be the one. It looks like something I paid a lot for at the deli and it is easy to make. We will have this with burgers and brats on the grill. YUM!

This pasta salad looks like a great thing to bring to a potluck or set out at a brunch buffet. I like how the dressing is made with a combination of mayonnaise and yogurt, which makes it much lighter than if you were to make it with mayo alone. I will probably use fresh baby spinach leaves in place of the lettuce, just because I've been on a spinach kick lately. Will try soon!
