I don't know what rock I've been living under, but I never heard of "pea salad". Oddly enough, I love peas. I can't wait to go "all in" and make this recipe as written with fresh shelled peas. The combination of fresh ingredients and spices sounds absolutely delicious. Looking forward to trying it.
