Can a dessert have a better filling than pineapples and whipped cream? I love the combination. Pineapples are my favorite. No one makes enough pineapple desserts any more. All I ever see is pineapple upside down cake when this dreamboat is the perfect choice for a regular day or a holiday party where you want to show off your dessert skills.

This recipe is just perfect. When I saw the picture, I just new the topping was a meringue and I just do not care for it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the topping is prepared with whipping cream, yummy!!!!!

I am a fan of layered desserts. At times, I will eat away at them a layer at a time. Then again, when I can have a forkful of all the layers is the way to go. This recipe sounds truly delicious.
