Four ingredients. Is that really all it takes to make a delicious dessert like this one? I am in heaven. I need simplicity, but I don't want to give up my rich, chocolate desserts. I think you have found a way to help me have both things in my life.

Okay, yum! This cake looks so good it really takes an ice cream cake up to the next level! Also, if you haven't used sweetened condensed milk very much, you have to try it! It can sweeten up any dessert (since it's basically all sugar) but also changes the texture and moisture. Feel free to pour it over a warm cake or brownies for a whole new dessert!
