I am not a fan of yogurt, but I love the apple cinnamon recipe you put together. Do you think I could use cream cheese to make this a dip? I know it won't have all the benefits and healthy things, but I can go with a light cream cheese to keep it lighter in fat and calories. I just do not like yogurt.
