Banana Cream Pie Cups

Ingredients
- 20 Old Fashioned Cinnamon Grahams
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) caramel sauce
- 3 bananas, sliced thinly
- 3/4 cup (180 g) dark chocolate chips
- Whipped cream

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse on high until they are ground into fine crumbs.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt. Then, pour in the melted butter and mix with a spatula until fully combined.

Arrange the graham cracker mixture in an even layer, about ½ inch (1.3 cm) thick, on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. If there are any clumps, break them up with a fork.

Place two spoonfuls of the graham cracker crumbs in each serving cup, then add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of caramel sauce. Layer on the sliced bananas, chocolate chips, whipped cream and more graham cracker crumbs until the cups are full.
