Banana Split Trifles in a Jar
These Banana Split Trifles in a Jar are a flawless way to enjoy a tasty dessert without feeling guilty about it afterwards. This homemade trifle is a healthy dessert that has fresh strawberries and bananas with a thick vanilla pudding so you get all the taste of the summer in a little jar! This mason jar recipe is great for travelling to a seasonal hotspot, pulling out the ol' picnic blanket, and enjoying the sun while reveling in this incredible summer dessert.
Notes
When making trifle, work with the pudding before it’s chilled and set. This way, it sinks into the cake layer more. You can also brush banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.

I love banana splits! All this needs is some hot fudge topping. I like the trend of making desserts and oatmeal in jars. I could change this up and used boxed instant pudding, or just make a traditional banana split with ice cream. Thanks for the beautiful dessert. It's a great summer treat.

I miss banana splits so much. I'll have to make a vegan version of this soon. Thanks for sharing!

Looks tasty! I knew you could brush apple slices with lemon to keep them fresh, but I honestly never thought of trying it with bananas.
