CHOCOLATE TRIFLES TWO WAYS

"Last night we had our first “Hobble and Gobble”. We had around 10 families participating. We traveled from house to house noshing on food and sipping cocktails. Our house was last on the hobble. It made things easy for me because if you are last, you HAVE to have dessert, right? At first, I contemplated something pumpkin-y but then I realized people would probably have Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday or Monday (it is Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, you see). Instead, I decided that whatever we had needed to be chocolate and I needed to make 40+ of them. Ok. Chocolate trifles it is!"
