    Creamed Bananas

    Ingredients

    • 3 large bananas
    • 2 ounces castor sugar
    • 1/2 pint cream
    • 1/4 pint sherry

    Instructions

    Peel bananas and sieve them. Add sugar, stir, add cream and whisk until really thick; beat in the sherry gradually. Chill for 2 hours.
