Caramelized Pears
"We try to “mix it up” and use fruits in unique ways. Pears are versatile, believe it or not, and prefect for cooking, baking and grilling. Warming the pears brings out its natural juicy and bright flavor. With this recipe, its better to use pears that are soft. I personally like to eat pears raw when they are still crunchy. Once they become soft I tend to not eat them straight, so this is the prefect recipe to use up perfectly good fruit and to turn it into something even tastier."
