I know these truffles call for almonds, but can I leave them out? I have a nut allergy in the home, but I think the cherry and chocolate combination is a lovely mix. We are huge chocolate and cherry fans, so I am sure we will end up loving these truffles. I just don't want to mess up the integrity of the mix by taking out the almonds.
