"Chocolate Zucchini Cake Roll is a chocolate sponge cake baked in a jelly roll pan. It is filled with a spiced cream filling that is made with cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and just a touch of cayenne pepper to give it that extra special kick! For the not too adventurous, the cayenne pepper can be left out and nutmeg can be added instead. This cake is great for summer picnics, barbecues, and reunions. "
