"These hot chocolate thumbprint cookies are so delicious! The chocolate cookie is rich and fudgy, and the marshmallow filling is the perfect ingredient to balance the chocolate flavor! The top of the cookie is drizzled in chocolate ganache, and when topped with sprinkles, toffee bits, mint bits, or crushed peppermints, these cookies are gorgeous!
