I know that lazy me will make a spin on this recipe by going to the local grocery store and picking up my favorite container of cookies and cream ice cream to make this. However, to be true to the recipe, before I go the lazy route I will use the recipe as the chef has presented. It does sound easy and yea! no churning. Hurry before those really cold days set it.

Like I really need a recipe to make my own ice cream. My grandmother was notorious for having a scoop or two of ice cream for a snack before bed and I find myself doing the same. I love ice cream and never really though about making it for myself. The bold letters, DONT NEED AN ICE CREAM MAKERand it is a NO CHURN RECIPE grabbed my attention for sure. This one I have to try.
