"This is a rich, decadent dessert for either a holiday or a family celebration. We make it the day before our dinner party and serve with vanilla whipped cream or coffee ice cream. It is an easy dessert to make and will leave your guests wanting more. In fact, make two of these - on for your holiday evening or special event and one for later. We melted chocolate ganache on one of the cheesecakes and that made it all the more decadent."
