Cookies as a salad? Are you kidding me right now? I have found the best dessert. This is going on my grocery list because there is no way this can't be good. I want to see what my daughter thinks when I told her I made a cookie salad this weekend.

I love a creamy fruit salad and one with cookies mixed in is even sweeter! Fudge Stripes are one of my favorite store bought cookies, so I am definitely sold on this "salad"! I like the suggestion that this is eaten the same day it's made like that is even an issue.
