Aren't these cookies just the most delightful treat? My mom used to give them to me and my sister with a big glass of hot chocolate with whipped cream. I would love dipping my cookies in the hot chocolate and softening them up before I ate them up. I think I will make hot chocolate to drink while eating this dessert.
