Can I have this now please? I love this salad. I have seen it listed as other names, so I don't really know what to call it except for delicious. My mom used to make me pistachio pudding as a kid. I loved the stuff. I guess some things you never outgrow.

Who hasn't had this recipe some time in their life time? So, so good! I have made this many times. Great dump and go recipe. I like mine without nuts in it, though. I wonder if you could substitute other pudding flavors? Vanilla? Coconut Cream? Cheesecake? What would go good with pineapple?
