Easy Cinnamon Apple Pie Poppers
Easy Cinnamon Apple Pie Poppers are the perfect sweet snack for fall. These little apple pie bites are great if you want a little treat without having to spend hours in the kitchen baking a beautiful apple pie. These tasty little bites are just apple pie mini muffins rolled in cinnamon sugar, and boy are they delicious! Make these as a special treat for your grandkids when they come over to visit or bring them to the next church potluck. What's even better about these apple pie bites is that you can have them for breakfast or dessert! For a less sweet version, just leave off the last step and don't roll them in cinnamon sugar. These are complemented wonderfully by a warm cup of apple cider.

Easy Cinnamon Apple Pie Poppers, need I say more. In case you don't believe how easy they are to make, the video proves it. I have some friends coming over to watch the game this weekend, and these will make a perfect pop in your mouth treat for dessert. These fit right in with an "eating in front of the TV" day.

What a delightful little snack for breakfast, or for anytime, actually. The video shows how wonderfully easy they are to make, and it's another way to use apple pie filling when you don't feel like dealing with making a pie. These remind me of doughnut holes and I could easily see myself munching my way through a dozen with a cup of coffee or tea.

Omg I'm drooling! this is a perfect recipe if you don't want left over apple pie lingering around arousing temptation. LOL I wonder if the poppers can be frozen...and if so, would you freeze them before baking or after? These would be so good with caramel drizzled over them...definitely have to try this one!
