I love quiche and also anything with spinach. I like the fact that this recipe uses the fresh spinach since it makes a big difference in the taste. I always buy frozen pie shells as well since I hate to make this. There is not a lot of prep time with this and you have a cooked quiche in about an hour. Thank you.
