Fudgy Vanilla Brownie
Technically this recipe is for white Texas sheet cake, but the results are so moist and rich that it tastes more like a brownie - a heavenly Fudgy Vanilla Brownie. The secret in this homemade brownie recipe is the sour cream for added moisture and heavy whipping cream for an extra boost of creaminess. For people who usually write off plain vanilla in their dessert repertoire, think again, because this treat is absolutely to-die-for!

I never thought of a cake mix turning out like a vanilla brownie. Is this what they call a blondie? I sure hope this goes well with butterscotch chips because I want to put them into the mix. I have a bag of them that I am dying to use in something. I think this would be the best possible treat to use. What do you think?

I prefer vanilla ice cream to chocolate ice cream and white chocolate to chocolate, so I was pleased to come across this recipe! There are a lot of ingredients to get out, so it really is baking from scratch, but it's worth it. They are indeed moist and chewy like brownies, but I think they need something fancy on the top to add color and appeal.
