Ingredients
- 3 cups Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 7 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- Black Gel Icing
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
- 1/4 cup Water

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper. Allow parchment to hang over the side to use as handles later.

Pour melted butter over chocolate chips in a bowl and allow to sit for a minute to soften chocolate. Stir with wooden spoon.
