Ingredients
- 2 l (1.76 quarts) buttermilk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- seeds of a vanilla bean
Instructions
Whip egg yolks and sugar until the color changes. Add milk, lemon slices and vanilla. Chill for several hours before serving.
